Yogkshem Technology Private Limited is a bootstrapped startup with one aim: to reduce the procedural bottlenecks in the judicial system, one problem at a time. The company took birth after seeing first-hand what these delays cost. When justice is delayed not on merits but on procedure, we take it personally. We are building Nyave, India's first pre-filing verification platform for Special Leave Petitions filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
The company is DPIIT-recognised, a Startup Haryana Category-One startup, and selected under the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme.
Vaibhav Aggarwal holds a B.E. from Thapar University and spent five years at InMobi, where he rose to Senior Manager working across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East & Africa, and China. He left that role to build Nyave, and has led the company full-time since its incorporation.
The domain expertise behind the product was earned the hard way: direct personal experience navigating the Supreme Court filing system, through 806 days of custody hearings and two SLPs. That experience is why Nyave exists.
Nirupama Aggarwal's path to the boardroom ran through two decades of quiet, steady work: from managing a home, to fifteen years teaching primary classes at OPS VidyaMandir in Ambala City, to Director and backbone of Nyave.
She is the driving force behind the company's operations: corporate governance, financial administration, and every compliance obligation, from DPIIT and Startup Haryana to MSME and incubation submissions, runs through her. She keeps the company's statutory and regulatory house in order while Vaibhav focuses on building the product.
