Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This notice explains how Yogkshem Technology Private Limited (“Nyave,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through our website at nyave.in (the “Site”), and sets out our ownership and legal terms. We handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules and policies framed by the Government of India.
1 Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us by email at try@nyave.in or express interest in collaborating, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, email, and the contents of your message.
- Technical information. When you visit, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited), and our error-monitoring service records diagnostic information, to keep the Site secure and reliable. The Site uses cookies as described in section 5.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this Site, and we ask that you not send confidential case documents or litigant information through it.
2 How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, evaluate and follow up on collaboration interest, operate and secure the Site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the details you send us for advertising.
3 Consent
We process your data on the basis of your consent, for example, when you contact us. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”). Cookies are covered in section 5.
4 Sharing and disclosure
We do not share your data except with service providers who help us operate the Site, such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region) and our error-monitoring provider (Sentry), under appropriate confidentiality, or where required by law or valid legal process.
5 Cookies and analytics
This Site uses three kinds of cookies. Essential cookies store your cookie choice; they are always on. Performance and statistics cookies let the two analytics services below show how the Site is used. Targeting cookies measure Nyave’s advertising. The last two are on by default and can be switched off under “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures website usage in aggregate: pages viewed, the approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the referring site, and interactions such as opening a guide or following a link to the Nyave application. With Targeting on, Google may also use this data to measure and personalise advertising, including through Google Signals. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how visitors interact with pages, including session recordings and heatmaps of clicks, scrolling and pointer movement. Form fields and contact details are masked before recording. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Cookies. These services store cookies in your browser: Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_REGJ7J9RTB (kept for up to two years); Clarity sets _clck (one year) and _clsk (one day). Google and Clarity may also set cookies on their own domains. Your choice is stored in the cookie nyave_cookies (one year), shared with the Nyave application at app.nyave.in.
Your choice. With Performance and statistics off, the analytics cookies listed above are removed from your browser and usage is still measured, without cookies. With Targeting off, this data is not used for advertising. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Data already collected stays with the providers under their terms and, for Google Analytics, for the retention period set in our account. Both providers may process this data outside India.
6 Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it, unless a longer period is legally required.
7 Security
We follow reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the limited information this Site collects.
8 Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, you may ask us to access, review, correct, or update the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To do so, or to raise any concern or grievance, email operations@nyave.in.
9 Children
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it.
